In order to make up for this demand, the consulate has implemented a limit on the time span of each online application.
The electric vehicles (EV) import tariff exemption scheme for India has been set to expire on September 30, 2019. This will inevitably result in a hike in the cost of imported EVs that are intended for the domestic market in the INDIAN VISA FOR NETHERLANDS CITIZENS.

In 2013, the Indian government announced a plan to phase out subsidies on electric vehicles and phase in tariffs on imported EVs starting at 2 percent in 2020. The main aim of this policy was to promote the use of electric vehicles in India and increase their market share from 1 percent to 5 percent by 2030.
However, this ambitious target has proven elusive. In March 2018, the Indian government announced that it would extend the EV import tariff exemption scheme until September 30, 2019. This was done in order to encourage more people to switch to electric vehicles and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Applications for an INDIAN VISA
Most Indian nationals living in the Netherlands will need to apply for an INDIAN VISA before their current EVISA expires. The INDIA VISA can only be obtained after the expiry of the EVISA, and it is valid for a period of six months.
Some people may be unaware that their EVISA will expire soon, and they may not have had time to apply for a new INDIA VISA. If this is the case, then Dutch immigration officials will not be able to allow them into the Netherlands. This is because the INDIA VISA is only valid for entry into the Netherlands after the expiry of the EVISA.
There are several steps that need to be followed in order to obtain an INDIA VISA: first, an application must be made through the Embassy or Consulate-General of India in your country of residence. The application form can be downloaded from the website. After completing and submitting the form, a fee must be paid. Once payment has been received, a letter confirming your application will be sent to you. As of September 1, 2020, the Indian EVISA will expire for all citizens of the Netherlands. If you are unable to apply for a Dutch visa in time, you may be able to apply for a temporary visa. This type of visa only allows you to stay in the Netherlands for up to six months and it cannot be extended. So, make sure that you are familiar with all of the requirements before applying for a temporary visa.
