If applying by mail: Complete and sign the application form included in your passport envelope. Include 2 passport photos (3×4 inches) taken within 6 months prior to application. Mail Form I-129 (Online Application for Alien Visitor Visa) to the MEA’s Mumbai consulate. The processing time for an online application is 5-7 working days; for a mailed application it takes 10-15 working days.
